Biography

Ms. Noura Al-Sarhan possesses extensive experience in investment, SME financing, and financial advisory services. Throughout her career, she has held several leadership positions, including:

• Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC).
• Chief Investment Officer at Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC).
• Investment Director at Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC).
• Director of Equity Financing at the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at).
• Senior Associate at Saudi Venture Capital.
• Executive, Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young (EY).

She also served as a Senior Financial Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young.

In addition to her executive roles, Ms. Al-Sarhan serves on several boards and committees, including:

• Member of the Investment Committee at Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC).
• Member of the Investment Committee at Bupa Arabia.
• Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Saudi Pro League (SPL).
• Board Member of the Saudi Padel Federation.

Ms. Al-Sarhan holds an MBA with First Honors from Alfaisal University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Prince Sultan University. She has also completed several executive programs from leading global institutions, including:

• Venture Capital Unlocked – Stanford University.
